Using AI for your imagery and video content

However, it’s also a tool that goes beyond speeding up post production. We can help you generate mood-boards and storyboards, and simulate the finished feel of a campaign, helping to align creative ideas early on in the production process which improves project efficiency.

In a fast-paced digital environment, these AI stills and video langue models are at their most useful when used responsibly, which is why our team understand how to apply it to creative output in a way that not only produces quicker turnaround times, but builds trust – ensuring the classic crafts of photography and video remains at the core of your brand.

Whether it’s a little edit, or an entire project, we’re here to help deliver engaging visual content tailored to your audience.

Generative AI for Photography

Simply adding realistic skies, lighting effects, reflections, textures, props, backgrounds, and atmospheric details is one thing, but knowing how to prompt software to create complimentary assets that align with your brand is another.

With so many new ways to expand creativity, generating visual elements that enhance the brand, and add value, is key.

To avoid gimmicky output, time spent in pre-production outlining the core deliverable aesthetic is more important than ever.

We know that AI stills & video generation is a collaborative, creative tool, that pushes artistic boundaries, while still relying on the original vision, composition skills, and storytelling.

Turning Static Images into Dynamic Visuals

Transforming ordinary images and videos into dynamic, visually striking content by adding realistic motion and cinematic effects can be a greta way to get impact from limited marketing budgets.

We can animate still photos and motion footage to generate smooth camera movements, replace backgrounds, enhance lighting, and even create entirely new visual elements.

This can make content feel more immersive and engaging, with far less manual editing time.

Frequently Asked Questions

AI is a little misleading – it isn’t ‘Artificial Intelligence’ in reality!

What is being used is a Large Language Model. It’s a modern computer program that has a very large database of information (in our case that’s a database of images and videos) from which to sample, copy and re-purpose – to generate the output you’ve asked for.

These programs are able to self ‘learn’ over time, but essentially need a human prompt to generate content.

The programs are very quick, use pattern based learning and can produce accurate results very quickly – this is why they are useful.

Yes, and No.

These language models are new, and have little national regulation.

We use versions of these programs that have official databases of stock content from which to create their results. This allows us to generate content that is legal. Some of the more popular models online may be in breach of copyright laws – currently being assessed at government level.

It’s worth noting that images or videos you feed into these systems may record what you upload and using your personal data.

This is why it’s worth engaging a company like ours to ensure compliant processes to maintain trust for your product or brand.

Image appropriation is nothing new.

All images and videos created are inspired from what has been made before. However the crucial difference is that some programs are using data that hasn’t been authorised (the wider internet), to create content, and this means it may be using someone else’s work.

It’s best to assume (if you choose to use AI), that you do not own the content created, and that that same content may have been provided for another user.

We’ve found it’s best when you use AI to combine your original assets, with new background concepts and effects. This ensures the imagery or video created is original.
